このベース車両は何でしょうか？「リフマグ」で調べると色々ヒットしますが。。。
I wonder what this vehicle is based?

『トミカ徹底大カタログ（2001年版）』では、2001年（平成13年）出版時に1種類のバリエーションがあったことが記録されていましたが、このトミカは記録がありません。では、このモデルについて見ていきましょう。

製造国は「中国製」。「トミカくじ第二弾」。くじ箱のTOMYロゴは「青」。箱の耳に印刷なし。箱背面のSTマーク取得年度は「1」（2001年登録）。

This model was initially introduced in 2000 (see “the Tomica Catalogue 2001”).  It is MIC (i.e. Made in China), come with special Tomica Lotto 2” box, with blue ‘Tomy’ box logo, no interior, clear window,  and purple body.
